Upon Check-Out of Product Item, Customer will have the option for
Market Pick-Up during Store Hours or
UPS Shipping & Delivery option where applicable.
Market Pick-Up cut off time for immediate Weekend Pick-up will be Thursday 12pm noon of every week, upon completion of transaction. The customer will only be notified if there is a delay on product. If in the event the Customer is not able to immediately come to the market for pick-up, the following weekend for Pick-Up, the item will be reserved for the client, every following weekend so-forth upon there arrival.
All Items with UPS option selected, Tracking numbers will be sent to the customer when the order has been shipped. In the event the customer is not home for UPS Delivery, UPS will attempt Delivery 3 consequtive attempts. Upon failure of delivery, a notice will be posted on door, and UPS will hold item for 5 business days for pick up at UPS Customer Counter. Customers may call UPS for tracking information or may visit the website www.ups.com, and enter there tracking number provided by DH Electrionics for status, and/or inquiry.
If the customer wishes to change delivery status with UPS, they may call them upon receipt of First attempt to do so.
